Job Summary
As an AI Product Owner in the Enterprise AI Center of Excellence, you will define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI products, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy. You will translate business needs into actionable AI requirements, manage product backlogs for maximum business value, and track measurable outcomes. This role requires at least a Bachelor's Degree and extensive experience as a Product Owner, with a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of job related experience or High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of the same job-related experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager delivering data, analytics, or AI enabled solutions in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience translating business needs into product requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML use cases
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts sufficient to partner effectively with data science and engineering teams
- Experience prioritizing and managing backlogs using Agile methodologies
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting AI/ML use case discovery, intake, and feasibility assessment
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, data governance, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and business case development
- Background in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries
