Job Summary
Product Owner for digital solutions within Mercer Operations & Technology. Set and oversee the delivery roadmap and full product lifecycle for assigned digital products, identify business value and ROI for enhancements, manage backlog and governance, approve technical design and coordinate user acceptance testing. Provide release updates, governance, and leadership-visible metrics to demonstrate business value. Requires Agile Scrum experience, product ownership or senior business analysis background, and proven ability to translate business needs into deliverable technology in the wealth management/financial services domain. Hybrid work arrangement with base in London, collaborating with senior business leaders and external stakeholders to drive timely decisions and impactful solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle, particularly Agile Scrum
- Experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Product Owner experience within Scrum (Product Owner certification desirable)
- Project Management experience
