Job Summary
Lead multiple workstreams within enterprise transformation and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to assess business needs, define action plans, and implement solutions that improve organizational performance. Own and maintain the product backlog, translating complex business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements for technical teams. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business partners to support successful product development and delivery, while leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, risks, and release plans to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Drive change management and adoption efforts for new digital foundation products, tools, and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years' experience
- Master's Degree with 6 years' experience
- PhD with 2 years' experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional workstreams, managing multiple priorities, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to develop concise presentations, synthesize insights, and communicate effectively with senior leaders
- Experience working with software engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, system integrations, or cloud-based products
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments

- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
