Job Summary
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and product features while owning and prioritizing the product backlog to align with stakeholder needs. Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to deliver scalable analytics solutions, driving product delivery from planning through deployment and continuous enhancement. Promote data quality, governance, and adoption across the organization by communicating priorities and identifying opportunities to improve reporting and business processes. Work within an Agile environment to empower business decisions and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience delivering data, analytics, reporting, or business intelligence solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product ownership, backlog management, and user story development
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable data products and reporting solutions
- Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, or other modern data platforms
- Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data quality principles
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive successful outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, or data products
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools
- Understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics concepts
- Experience within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
