Job Summary
Lead the delivery for the Retail Mobile App Development project by owning the product vision, roadmap, and execution plan. Drive the Discovery Phase to understand the app ecosystem, refine user personas, and define delta user stories with acceptance criteria. Partner with design, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to localize iOS and Android apps for the Target market, ensuring bilingual (English/French) support and seamless backend integration. Manage the implementation phase, prioritize the backlog, and oversee validation for app store readiness. Serve as the primary liaison to facilitate sprint planning and ensure features meet compliance and accessibility standards. Monitor post-launch performance to optimize roadmap decisions using GenAI and analytics insights.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management or product owner experience
- Proven experience managing localization projects
- Proven experience managing bilingual product launches
- Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycles
- Proficiency in API integrations
- Strong understanding of backend system dependencies
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- Proficiency in product analytics tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with server-driven UI (SDUI) or CMS-driven mobile experiences
