Product Owner (Card/ Payment/ Lending)

Job Summary
Own end-to-end product delivery for card, payment, and lending solutions within Retail Banking. Gather customer insights, develop product requirements, manage backlog and delivery for 1–2 squads, run daily scrums, facilitate iteration planning and sprint reviews with the Scrum Master, and drive continuous improvement to increase velocity and program quality. Responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, delivering the customer journey roadmap, and supporting the Business Tribe Lead in go-to-market activities and solution design to meet customer needs throughout the journey. Requires collaboration across teams to ensure PnL and business efficiency of the solution group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business management discipline
- 8 years of relevant experience in project management in a financial institution
- 2 years of experience in leading sprints
- English proficiency requirements pursuant to Techcombank policy
