Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of a scalable DAM and reusable content library using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud) as the backbone, integrating with Adobe Express, GenStudio, Dynamic Media, Firefly, and the campaign setup platform to support automated omnichannel content creation, personalization, and compliance. Develop and optimize automated content assembly workflows for editorial copy, images, disclosures, and assets; champion reusable, brand-agnostic components and design tokens to drive consistency and speed to market. Collaborate across technology, marketing, and design to ensure a single source of truth, real-time updates, governance, and regulatory compliance; establish API-driven content supply chains and automated workflows. Define and communicate a clear product vision for the creative development suite, empower marketing teams to build and style content independently, and minimize reliance on developers. Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Card Marketing, Planning, Campaign Management, Activation, Product, Legal/Regulatory Review, and Lines of Business; establish governance and documentation for accessibility, security, and compliance; monitor progress with program managers and communicate status to executive sponsors. Drive problem statements, baseline data, and success metrics with an analytical mindset to synthesize requirements and dependencies across multiple workstreams; maintain strong leadership through change and deliver consistent marketing/customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-8+ years of related experience (product owner preferred; marketing or program management helpful)
  • Deep expertise in the creative development lifecycle within a marketing organization, including content creation, design, review, approval, and deployment
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering DAM and content management solutions, preferably using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud) and related Adobe tools
  • Familiarity with automated content assembly, reusable component libraries, and design token systems
  • End-to-end program delivery experience, including best practices, tools, and processes
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and initiative to drive successful execution
  • Experience with agile practices and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Figma, Lucid, Microsoft Teams)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Express, GenStudio, Dynamic Media, Firefly, and integration with workflow solutions (preferred)
  • Ability to operate within a highly matrixed organization, influencing and communicating effectively across all levels
  • Track record of leading teams through change, challenging the status quo, and delivering consistent marketing/customer experiences
