Job Summary
Own the execution of the Unsecured Business Lending platform marketplace and drive year-on-year growth targets through collaboration with Marketing, Sales, IT, and CX teams. Create new products and features to enhance the business value proposition for the SME lending industry, while providing insights on innovation and developing business cases for evaluation. Accountable for product profitability, overall performance, and scaling the Unsecured SME Lending product and marketplace within the Financial Services team. Requires a relevant 3- or 4-year Business degree, minimum 8 years in product development, and essential knowledge of regulatory requirements in the fast-paced fintech lending environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Business Lending product design and development experience
- Detailed knowledge understanding of the fast-paced fintech lending industry
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
- Experience in building, launching and rapidly scaling SME lending platforms and products
- Fintech or Business Lending experience
- Matric
- Relevant 3- or 4-year Business degree
- Minimum of 8 years' experience within the Product development
Desired Qualifications
- Fintech or Business Lending experience preferred
