Job Summary
Manage multiple software releases simultaneously by defining objectives, estimating effort, and reporting risks to ensure contractual obligations and timelines are met. Facilitate product backlog grooming and sprint planning while collaborating with government customers and internal stakeholders to set priorities and finalize scope. Support proposal development and coordinate with the project manager to meet Sprint goals using VersionOne or JIRA. This role requires a US citizen with DoD Secret clearance and 3+ years of Agile Scrum experience. At CACI, you will contribute to the safety of the nation through high-performing teams dedicated to critical missions.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen with DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience or combination
- Experience performing Agile Scrum Software Development Methodology - Product Owner experience
- Business Analyst experience - specifically for software projects
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience defining meeting agenda, facilitating meetings, and documenting meeting minutes
- Software development lifecycle
- Software Requirements Management
- Strong team player
- Ability to apply analytical, interpretive, evaluative, constructive, and creative thinking skills in variable situations and be an innovative problem solver
- Strong customer focus while maintaining the integrity of the contract
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills with the internal team, cross-functional departments, and external customers
- Comfortable reading and reviewing project schedules in MS Project
- Must be able to speak publicly at formal meetings giving status
- Must be able to participate in technical discussions about your systems
- Must be able to collaborate with your government representatives to set priorities, report metrics and meet system and contractual requirements
- Must be highly organized

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with proposal writing
- Experience on DoD programs and interaction with government stakeholders - SCN experience is a plus
- Experience using the following COTS tools: VersionOne &/or JIRA, GitHub, SharePoint
- Experience initiating and leading process improvement efforts
- Experience with creating schedules in MS Project and running multiple releases/supporting multiple projects at one time
