Job Summary
Product Owner/Business Analyst needed for an iOS application focusing on consolidating technician tools into a cloud-based platform. Responsibilities include meeting with stakeholders to document epic-level requirements, drafting user stories in collaboration with business partners, architects, and developers, managing backlog prioritization, and facilitating the development team's progress. Strong candidates will possess telecom technician service knowledge, agile experience, and familiarity with backend systems supporting customer work orders.
Required Qualifications
- BA with telecomm experience or iOS experience
- Experience with requirements gathering and solution design as a business analyst
- Highly motivated and self-managed
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced agile environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity in cable and telecommunications technologies including video, broadband, and phone
- Very strong agile experience
- Ability to act as a functional architect
- Ability to act as a solution architect
- Experience with Comcast's back office and ESP platform
- Experience with JIRA
