Job Summary
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to identify requirements, analyze data sources, and design reporting solutions for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Develop functional and technical specifications, define data quality standards, and work with ETL teams to deploy data models and transformation rules. Ensure data integrity, lead testing phases including UAT, and assist in developing automated reporting processes to reduce manual efforts. Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to communicate project status and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience Business Analyst in a data warehousing, business intelligence, or reporting environment
- Domain knowledge in one or more of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing
- Datawarehouse/Reporting Solutions Architecture, Development, Delivery
- Strong understanding of EDW concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar reporting tools
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong process knowledge of ERP systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Experience with data governance, data quality management, and reporting standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Must be available for Shift 1 (India)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based EDW platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
