Job Summary
Product Owner embedded with Agile development teams translating high-level Features from the Product Manager into detailed User Stories with robust Acceptance Criteria. Own and refine the team backlog, lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Team Demos. Serve as the daily primary contact for development teams to answer functional questions and remove blockers. Review and accept completed User Stories per the Definition of Done. Create and manage documentation such as use cases, process maps, and release notes; facilitate wireframes, mock-ups, editorial, and training materials. Coordinate with Product Owners/Product Managers to manage external dependencies across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, and Product. Support a smooth operational rollout and take-to-market plans for last-mile success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment (e.g., as a Business Analyst or junior PO)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and User Story writing
