Job Summary
Define product vision, prioritize the backlog, and articulate goals to delivery teams to ensure alignment with business strategy. Create and refine user stories with acceptance criteria, participate in sprint planning and reviews, and manage ongoing readiness and governance for live products. Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, analyzing market trends, and monitoring performance using KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies while collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and adjust roadmaps based on evolving needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or master's degree in finance/management and/or CA/CFA/ICWAI/Engineering
- 15+ years of professional experience
- Extensive Product Management, business analysis or functional consulting experience
- Experience in the last few years in banking applications/products
- Thorough understanding of Wealth Management/Investment Banking/Capital Markets/Credit Sanctioning & processing
- Excellent overall knowledge of banking application
- In-depth knowledge of several of the functional modules like Credit booking and Sanctioning, security trading, order management, settlement, corporate actions
- Working Knowledge of Databases and SQL
- Working knowledge on any banking products
- Experience with Avaloq or alternatively in other core banking solutions (e.g. Finacle, T24, BaNCS etc.)
- Familiar with Agile, Software development lifecycle
- Must be pro-active, self-starter, able to manage own work to deliver to agreed deadlines without close supervision
- Must be very good with time management and multi-tasking
- Experience to work through an unstructured environment
