Job Summary
Product Owner guiding CPaaS product strategy, roadmap, and execution for cloud-based communications (messaging, voice, video, APIs). Collaborates with engineering, marketing, and sales to translate market trends and customer feedback into prioritized features, technical requirements, and go-to-market plans. Owns the product backlog, documents user stories and acceptance criteria, and drives end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch. Defines KPIs, analyzes usage data, and iterates to improve adoption and customer value, acting as the product evangelist at industry events and customer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2 years of experience in product management in cloud communications, telecom, or SaaS
- 1 year of CPaaS, API-driven products, cloud communications, or related technologies experience
- Strong technical understanding of CPaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-based communication technologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product development
- Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories
