• •Lead the Squads to deliver enhancements to MOX's AML/Fraud, KYC and Credit Risk landscape
• •Work in partnership with the MOX Fraud, FCC team and Credit Risk teams to proactively identify and implement systems enhancements

• •Effectively plan, maintain, and communicate the delivery roadmap across over all systems/microservices within the Credit Risk, Fraud and FCC and KYC domain
• •Maintain and deliver a multi-faceted product roadmap
• •Achieving set deadlines
• •Work with Regulators, Auditors, and Internal Risk teams to ensure that standards are upheld
• •Strong experience managing vendor risk
• •Negotiating vendor contracts
• •Strong understanding of Risk technology
• •Key controls across the client lifecycle
• •Over 5 years' experience as a leader of technology/delivery teams within a banking environment
• •Solid Experience with at least 3 of the following: FCC Transaction Monitoring, FCC Transaction Screening, FCC Name Screening, Client Risk Assessment, Card Fraud Systems, Digital Fraud Systems, Identity Access Management Systems, KYC Systems, Credit decisioning decisions
• •In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
• •Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines
• •Influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
• •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
