Job Summary
Product Owner for a 6-month contract embedded with an aviation-operator customer in Central London. You will set clear goals for your product area, define and prioritise the roadmap using business priorities and customer insights, and work closely with engineers, QA and designers to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will champion experimentation and data-led hypotheses (A/B testing) to optimise performance, evaluate opportunities, and inform decisions. You’ll apply agile ways of working, be accountable for live product performance and reliability, and collaborate with stakeholders across the customer’s business and external partners. The role requires managing product investments within budgets and delivering measurable value, with a focus on outcomes over output and strong communication across senior leaders and partners. Desirable experience includes aviation or adjacent sectors with regulatory or operational requirements, and familiarity with cloud, data or AI-driven product environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced Product Owner with a track record of leading agile delivery and building high-quality digital product experiences
- Think in outcomes over output, using data, customer insight and experimentation to inform decisions and measure success
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to clearly connect your product to wider business and customer value
- Experience managing product investment and working within budgets
- Ability to define and deliver clear, prioritised product roadmaps, creating transparency around priorities, dependencies and progress
- Comfortable working across end-to-end product experiences, collaborating closely with engineering
- Confident communicator who creates clarity and alignment across a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners
- Experienced in working within complex product environments, whether that's shared platforms, reusable capabilities or customer-facing journeys
