Job Summary
Product Owner for Capco's New Digital Bank project; responsible for breaking down epics into detailed user stories, preparing clear functional specifications, managing backlogs, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met. Will collaborate with Thailand business teams, developers, QA, UX/UI, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, support UAT and defect resolution, and drive continuous improvement to deliver data-driven digital banking solutions in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, System Analyst, or related role
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
- Experience supporting UAT, defect analysis, and solution validation activities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in Thai and English
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, APIs, and digital platform delivery
- Experience working with regional or cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
