Job Summary
Product Owner for MOIA's Remote Update team focusing on reliable, safe delivery of vehicle software updates across programs. Drive cross-team prioritization to align OTA and update-platform efforts with vehicle releases and lifecycle needs; collaborate with technical delivery teams on roadmap, scope, and operational constraints; define interfaces and handshakes between the update platform, delivery teams, and ARTs; ensure correct application of remote update capabilities by consuming teams; monitor rollout execution, update success rates, and rollback effectiveness; identify risks and gaps early and coordinate with teams to address them; represent the remote update delivery perspective in cross-ART planning and risk boards; balance vehicle safety, regulatory constraints, and customer impact when scheduling rollouts; promote a continuous delivery mindset and enable frequent, reliable software improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on professional experience in a relevant field
- Experience with scaled agile environments, PI coordination, cross-team dependency management
- Experience aligning technical delivery teams and consuming teams around shared goals, timelines, and expectations
- Good understanding of remote software update architectures and update campaigns
- Ability to balance technical feasibility, delivery risk, and customer impact when supporting update-related decisions
- Strong communication skills enabling coordination across ARTs, technical teams, and business units
- Proven track record delivering results in complex environments
