Job Summary
Product Owner for AI Services to define and ship AI features for clinics; owns the AI product roadmap, collaborates with engineering to assess feasibility of LLMs and APIs, and engages with customers, sales, and customer success to identify real customer problems. Defines success metrics and outcomes before building, partners with product management to align AI vision with company strategy, and ships iteratively to deliver user value. Requires 5+ years in product ownership, deep AI/ML knowledge, strong grasp of LLMs and agentic AI, experience integrating third-party AI solutions, user-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate roadmaps and trade-offs. Remote-first with EU travel; globally distributed team in multiple countries.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product ownership or product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals
- Strong understanding of LLMs - prompt design, quality and risk management, model capabilities, costs, latency, context limits
- Experience evaluating and integrating third-party AI solutions - LLM APIs, SaaS AI services, off-the-shelf ML products
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts - tool use, planning, orchestration
- Deep empathy for users - flows, friction points, trust in product
- Decision-making under uncertainty; ability to drive decisions
- Strong communication and ability to present roadmaps and trade-offs; explain the "why"
- English proficiency at least B2+
