Job Summary
Define and own the AI Platform roadmap and backlog based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility. Partner with business teams to identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases while promoting AI literacy. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, leading discovery sessions, managing expectations, and communicating priorities, timelines, and trade-offs. Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, documentation, communication initiatives, demos, workshops, and continuous feedback loops. Monitor key product KPIs and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the VP Technology, enterprise architects, and the technical committee to deliver flagship AI agents demonstrating clear business ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally in AI or R&D environments
- Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI and LLM-based systems
