Job Summary
Product Owner for AI Development responsible for owning and maintaining a prioritized backlog, writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria, collaborating with stakeholders across functions to define AI initiative visions, and coordinating with the Development Manager, Scrum Master, and engineering team to plan sprints. Act as the voice of the user to guide scope and priority decisions, participate in all Scrum ceremonies, define acceptance criteria, validate delivered work against business requirements, track progress and risks, and coordinate UAT, deployment, and release activities. Requirements include 3+ years in Product Owner/Business Analyst/Technical PM roles, strong Agile/Scrum background (CSPO preferred), understanding of AI/ML concepts, stakeholder management, excellent English communication, and experience with Jira/Azure DevOps. Bonus: experience in enterprise tech, SaaS, or AI transformation programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Project Manager
- Agile: CSPO or equivalent certification preferred
- Domain knowledge in AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLMs, chatbots, data pipelines)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong presentation and active listening
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog management tools
