Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery

Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery responsible for managing the overall delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects on Salesforce/AWS. Acts as the product owner to shape the solution, defines use cases and business outcomes, and oversees day-to-day project management and client relationships. Leads kickoff, onboarding, and transition from sales to delivery; plans and monitors project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure on-track delivery; serves as primary client liaison for project operations; facilitates regular status meetings with stakeholders; guides the project team and internal initiatives to develop reusable assets and solutions; reads out documented outcomes for live solutions prior to closeout. Requires 5+ years of delivery leadership in AI-related implementations on Salesforce or AWS, strong communication, professional services/consulting experience, and SOW/Change Order experience. Certifications: Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant. Preferred:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Management. Remote flexibility is noted with a mix of remote/in-person options across US and Canada; travel up to 25% may be involved.
