Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery

Job Summary
Product Owner responsible for managing Agentforce delivery projects on Salesforce and AWS, overseeing AI-related implementation, and supporting both customer-facing Agentforce/AI deployments and internal initiatives. You will define use cases and business outcomes with customers, transition from sales to delivery, define project roles, facilitate kickoff and onboarding, plan and monitor project financials, scope and schedule, maintain strong client relationships, lead regular status meetings, guide the delivery team, readout outcomes at close, and contribute to internal reusable assets and solutions for the Agentforce division. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strategic thinking, hands-on project management or scrum leadership, experience with SOW/Change Orders, and certifications in Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platform across all phases of project delivery
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
- Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
- Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader
- Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
- Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope
