Job Summary
Define and manage product vision, scope, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans for the Software Engineering Centre of Excellence strategy. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, support product design and test cases, and assess the feasibility and commercial impact of proposed enhancements. Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand business functions, build relationships, and challenge requirements to ensure clear business intent. Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements across Agile and Waterfall environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously to maintain quality and delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities
- Ability to create and manage product documentation, workflows, and business process designs
- Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and related tools
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
