Job Summary
Product Overlay Specialist focused on driving growth and profitability for Level Instruments and Level Systems. Responsibilities include developing and implementing product growth strategies through regional sales teams, conducting data analysis and white-space assessment across industries, preparing and executing marketing plans, handling technical queries and communications to the sales team, coordinating with Asia Pacific product management, leading product development initiatives, supporting project pursuits, managing financial reporting in India and AP Finance, maintaining order bookings and monthly dashboards, validating the project funnel to improve win-rates, and organizing internal trainings and marketing events. Requires deep knowledge of Level products, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, ability to perform business data analysis for marketing strategy, and robust networking and cross-functional coordination across proposals, sales, factory, and cross-BU teams. Travel across the country is expected. Preferred qualifications include a degree/diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering and MBA. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of proven experience in product sales or marketing or product management
- Solid understanding of software tools including MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel across the country for product presentations and marketing activities
- Deep knowledge of Level products and industry
- Ability to perform data analysis and develop marketing strategies
- Ability to present products effectively and engage with multiple stakeholders across proposals, sales, factory, cross-BU teams
- Experience with organizing internal trainings, customer events, roadshows, webinars, and related marketing activities
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering; MBA preferred
