Job Summary
Maintain health of deployed Counter Intrusion technology, triage and resolve incidents across the deployed fleet, improve fleet observability and telemetry, develop fleet health reporting, interface with internal teams, and support global customers through proactive communication; requires engineering mindset, ownership, and ability to operate across hardware, software, and networking with strong communication and a willingness to work across time zones, including non-standard hours
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a self-starter with the ability to resolve issues independently
- Strong problem-solving skills at the interface of hardware, software, and networking
- Proven ability to master a technical system and support it in operational environments
- Ability to execute repetitive tasks with consistency and rigor
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to drive new approaches
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance; past clearances a plus
