Job Summary
Lead sustainment of Anduril's Bolt and Anvil deployments by combining an operator's understanding of missions with delivered capabilities. Triage, diagnose, and root cause product incidents, driving postmortem actions and improving fleet reliability. Collaborate across functions to enhance observability and health telemetry, collect and analyze failure data to define trends and support resource allocation. Support global customers with proactive communication and incident management, translate customer feedback into capability requirements, and maintain awareness of product specs to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Travel as needed to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS with 5+ years of professional experience, or 8+ years of relevant operational experience in lieu of a degree
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance; holding clearances or background investigations in the past is a plus
- Strong problem-solving ability across hardware, software, and networking
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience mastering a technical system and supporting it in operational environments
- Track record of driving postmortem actions and improving system reliability
- Familiarity with observability and incident-management tooling
