Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Product Operations Specialist responsible for owning product tooling, dashboards, and cross-functional visibility; support product analytics with KPI dashboards, funnel analysis, and collaboration with data engineering; partner with Technical Product Manager and engineering to ensure proper instrumentation and regular leadership reports; maintain single source of truth for product resources, improve operational workflows, and provide documentation and training materials for tools and workflows; assist with release documentation and go-live activities; requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in a health-tech startup environment; proficient with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, Asana or similar tools; strong written communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a health-tech startup environment.
