Job Summary
Develop and maintain healthcare financial and analytic software products by coordinating with account managers and subject matter experts to distribute new releases, gather feedback, and update roadmaps. Improve existing support processes by managing client onboarding, handling deployment and upgrades for stand-alone and cloud systems, and overseeing invoicing and billing. Maintain clean product data in Dynamics, categorize inbound contacts from webinars and inquiries, coordinate follow-up communications, and schedule introductory meetings with product leaders. Track lead sources, prepare pipeline review materials, and keep opportunity records current with consultants and account owners. Assist with general administrative financial tasks while supporting product growth operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a product operations specialist or product data analyst, developing and improving existing software and customer or client relationship management processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience coordinating with senior consultants and product leaders
- Comfortable sending template-based follow-up to clients and prospects
- Ability to take direction from senior team members and execute in a timely manner
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous projects and teams
- Interest in healthcare products, client development, and commercial operations
- Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future
- Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite a minimum of three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, solution-oriented, affinity with numbers
- Experience working with/in the health insurance industry
