Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Define and manage product development workflows, translating user needs into requirements and deliverables. Maintain comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities while executing directives for spiritual growth strategies through software systems. Conduct product planning, schedule activities, and triage urgent issues using agile-based processes. Gather user feedback, assess product performance against targets, and execute go/no-go release criteria. Publish release notes, coordinate with Response and MarComm teams, and lead retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Manage project budgets, maintain administrative tools, and develop crisis communication plans. Fully remote role for U.S.-based applicants authorized to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3–5 years of experience in product operations, product management, project management, or a related field
- Alignment with our Statement of Faith is required
- This position is fully remote
- Only U.S.-based applicants will be considered
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
