Job Summary
Manage end-to-end projects for new processes, workflows, and internal tools, from ideation through implementation and optimization. Scale Product-Ops strategy across Italy, France, Austria, and Germany by standardizing processes and tailoring best practices to local markets. Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and streamline aligned processes supporting business objectives. Communicate internal product updates and releases to stakeholders while supporting management with structured reporting and analysis on delivered projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops or Operational Excellence roles (or similar), with proven experience in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration
- deep knowledge of major CRM, project management, ERP, workflow and AI platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, Make, Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Google Apps Script, Claude, Gemini, n8n)
- fluent in English
