Job Summary
Product Operations Manager responsible for designing, running, and scaling the operating model across Product Management and UX, shaping AI-enabled process improvements, and owning systems of record (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, JIRA) to enable cross-functional teams. Lead operating rhythms, governance, onboarding, and training; act as a connective tissue to drive adoption of standardized practices across Product, UX, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Governance. Build an inclusive team culture, design onboarding experiences, and promote high-quality information governance. Requires 6–8 years of operational experience, AI fluency with sound judgment, strong cross-functional influence, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
