Product Operations Manager

Job Summary
Drive clarity, speed, and excellence across the product organization by acting as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Compliance, Legal). Own end-to-end release readiness, build and run launch checklists, and establish repeatable systems for roadmap visibility and KPI tracking. Define product health metrics (adoption, retention, support load) and create dashboards (Quicksight, SQL, Excel) to enable evidence-based decisions. Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust; translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth collaboration; coordinate with Marketing, Client Communications, and Sales for launches; standardize product team workflows and continuous improvement. Must be capable of working autonomously in a distributed environment and influencing without authority; strong problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills; fluent in English. Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment
- Strong data skills (SQL or equivalent proficiency)
- Excellent communication skills; cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment
- Prior experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment
- Proficiency in English
