Job Summary

Lead Product Operations by guiding a high-performing team to triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across Anduril's global Maritime fleet. Partner with engineering teams to translate real-world field telemetry into permanent system upgrades and design improvements. Oversee fleet health data analysis to predict and prevent failures, while bridging the gap between technical engineers, business stakeholders, and military operators. Manage high-priority incident communications to ensure rapid resolution and build standardized sustainment playbooks to scale operations as the fleet grows. Ensure exceptional technical support for end users through robust failure discovery, mitigation, and resolution processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience managing, mastering, and supporting complex technical systems (maritime, aerospace, robotics, automotive, defense, or electromechanical systems)
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
  • Equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience
  • A proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead teams through complex, unstructured technical challenges
  • Experience managing, coaching, or leading technical teams, with a focus on professional development and operational excellence
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Costa Mesa, CA area
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer operations and test events

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting and/or deploying undersea munitions, vehicles, or unmanned undersea systems (UUVs) as a DoD contractor or military end-user
  • Familiarity with conventional naval systems or military naval operations
  • Hands-on experience with Linux command-line interfaces (CLI)
  • Familiarity with modern observability and ticketing tools (such as Grafana, Jira, or Git)
  • Experience leveraging data analytics (such as SQL or Palantir Foundry) to conduct trend analysis and drive business decisions
  • Prior military, DoD civilian, or government agency experience
  • A background in technical project management or operations consulting
