Job Summary
Product Operations Manager role driving end-to-end product onboarding, assortment control, data quality, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration between Product, Medical, Operations and external partners. Key duties include overseeing assortment management and product status accuracy, coordinating conditions and availability with partners, ownership of operational processes for onboarding and range upkeep, ensuring clean master data and consistent product information, aligning product changes with medical/regulatory considerations, enabling data-driven decisions for assortment planning, and maintaining smooth operations with proactive issue resolution. Requires 2–4 years in Operations, Category Management, Procurement, Supply/ assortment control, Product data management or similar, with strong process orientation, stakeholder communication, data quality mindset, and capability to work in a regulated health/pharma/telemedicine environment. Fluent German; English is a plus. Flexible working hours; Berlin-based office visit and team collaboration expected.
