Job Summary
Senior Operations Manager to own and elevate the institutional operations backbone across Custody, Brokerage, FD Broker, CaaS, RBAC, KYC, incentive programs, and Fees. Build durable operational frameworks, translate data and AI-driven insights into concrete automation, and ship continuous improvements without direct reports. Lead cross-stakeholder collaboration with RMs, sales, product, compliance, and risk; design scalable workflows for multi-jurisdictional regulatory adherence (HK/SG/EU/US); develop training for RMs and institutional clients on product mechanics and self-serve tooling. Requires 6+ years in institutional financial services/crypto/fintech, strong data fluency, and ability to influence without formal authority. Hong Kong right-to-work is required; no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of operations experience in institutional financial services, crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or fintech
- Hands-on ownership of at least two of: custody, brokerage, KYC/KYB, Incentive programs
- Demonstrated ability to operate as an individual contributor with high influence
- Strong data fluency and use of AI tooling (LLMs, automation agents, no-code/low-code platforms)
- Track record of identifying operational gaps, designing scalable solutions, and shipping measurable improvements
- Proven stakeholder management across written channels with institutional counterparties
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting digital asset institutional services across HK, SG, and broader APAC; awareness of EU MiCA and US considerations
