Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of Tennis Australia and Australian Open official events, overseeing planning, budgets, production, catering, and guest experience; drive governance, stakeholder management, on-site operations, and post-event reconciliation; collaborate with Live Events, venues, agencies, suppliers, and talent to ensure best-in-class outcomes across a diverse portfolio of events.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience delivering events, with a strong focus on corporate-style event environments
- Demonstrated experience planning and delivering large-scale, complex or high-profile events from concept through to delivery
- Proven ability to perform under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across a range of levels
- Demonstrated capability in managing budgets and timelines with a high level of accuracy
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to Tennis Australia
