Job Summary
Product Operations Lead at Eleos Health responsible for establishing and running the R&D alignment and execution infrastructure, design of the product team's operating rhythm and KPI tracking, and enabling cross-functional GTM communication between R&D and Sales/Marketing. You will create standardized frameworks, backlog governance, and planning cadences; build tooling and AI-powered productivity enhancements (e.g., GPTs for discovery, planning, and communications); and lead special cross-functional projects end-to-end. Ideal candidate has 5+ years building operational systems, a track record of designing scalable processes adopted by teams, strong cross-functional fluency between engineering, product, and commercial teams, and exceptional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building operational systems, execution infrastructure, or program management frameworks
- A track record of designing processes and frameworks from scratch
- Hands-on with planning and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
- Curious about AI tools and how they can make teams faster and sharper
- Strong cross-functional instincts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- High ownership, low ego
