Job Summary
Support ongoing process optimization projects from research and documentation to hands-on implementation. Analyze business processes end to end to identify errors, friction, and automation potential. Design and build automations using tools like n8n to partially or fully automate Operations and Relationship Management workflows. Bring new ideas on how AI can improve team efficiency and support adoption. This hands-on role focuses on turning manual processes into scalable, intelligent systems within a leading fintech. You will look into data to understand process performance and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field
- Genuine affinity for technology
- Very good English skills
- First understanding of what automations and workflows are
- Strong eye for detail
- Ability to analyze processes and data from A to Z
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take ownership
- Ability to combine business understanding with technical curiosity
- Ability to collaborate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant specialization in degree
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
- Experience with platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier
- German language skills
