Job Summary
Product Operations Intern will work with the Product and Customer Success teams to gather insights, support customer interactions, document processes, and translate real-world feedback into product improvements. Key responsibilities include supporting customer implementations and onboardings across environment setup and go-live validation; building internal tooling to automate workflows and reduce manual overhead; identifying process gaps and designing fixes; owning knowledge-base infrastructure; developing signals and reporting to track adoption and SLAs; collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate customer pain points into clearly scoped requirements; and supporting QA for new feature releases. The role is high-ownership, requires initiative, and is based in the Bay Area with an on-site requirement at the Santa Clara office. Preferred candidates have familiarity with anti-fraud, AML, fintech concepts and prior internship or project experience in product, operations, or customer-facing roles.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and proactively raise blockers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable speaking with customers and representing the team professionally
- Based in the Bay Area and authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
- Ability to work on-site at Santa Clara office
