Product Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Maintain data quality and ticket hygiene across Jira and related reporting systems while auditing work items for completeness and planning readiness. Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to resolve data inconsistencies, monitor stalled items, and develop dashboards that improve visibility into delivery progress. Coordinate cross-functional alignment efforts across Product, Engineering, and business teams to ensure work is ready for planning and moving through the planning cycle. Facilitate planning ceremonies, governance reviews, and operational meetings to track action items and escalate dependencies that impact delivery outcomes. Support the implementation of operational standards, maintain documentation and playbooks, and identify opportunities to automate manual workflows for improved efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Product Operations, Business Operations, Technical Operations, or a related field
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and work-management platforms
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, initiatives, and competing priorities
- Ability to identify process improvements and proactively solve operational challenges
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- This is a hybrid role that will be based out of our Somerville, MA or Reston, VA offices with a possibility of full remote for candidates not in those areas
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Product Management, Engineering, or software development organizations
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or iterative product development methodologies
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and operational metrics
- Experience with workflow automation tools and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with product planning, roadmap management, or portfolio governance practices
- Experience working in a SaaS, technology, or enterprise software environment
