Job Summary

Product Operations Manager will partner with engineers and product leaders to build infrastructure that turns raw customer signal into sharp product decisions. You will own systems connecting customers, engineering, deployment, and go-to-market; define and instrument metrics to show product health; build dashboards and reporting for real-time insights; run recurring product syncs to drive decisions; document the vision, roadmap, and rationale behind initiatives to keep the team aligned; collaborate with GTM on positioning, assets, demos, and launch readiness; work with deployment strategists to translate field insights into roadmap input; own and rationalize the product tech stack used for feedback, analytics, and documentation; establish prioritization framed by customer impact. Requirements include 2-10+ years in product operations, product management, strategy & ops, business operations, or consulting (enterprise software preferred), strong written and verbal communication, and comfort with data and metrics. Nice-to-have items include familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow), experience standing up/scaling product operations, and experience at an early-stage startup.
