Job Summary
Hybrid Product Operations and Strategy Manager role embedded with the Builders org to scale product leadership, driving end-to-end execution, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Finance, and shaping the operating system of a world-class product org. Responsibilities include identifying non-scaling product development processes, running cross-functional workstreams, refining onboarding and hiring processes, translating market/regulatory shifts into roadmap and GTM implications, and enabling AI adoption across product teams. Must be able to work 3+ days per week in the San Francisco office; role emphasizes strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate product value delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in consulting, investment banking, investing or similar roles
- experience in AI tooling and workflows
- ability to ship with ownership
- high EQ and influencing without authority
- numerate with spreadsheet fluency
- comfort with ambiguity
