Job Summary
Support the Chief Product Officer in developing product strategy, governance, and roadmap execution. Organize product teams and integrate plans with enterprise management systems to drive planning processes and align stakeholders on vision. Lead go-to-market strategies including market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement while collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and support for successful launches. Analyze product performance and feedback to inform continuous improvement. This role is onsite at Turion Space's Irvine, California headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3 to 15 years of professional experience in product development, analysis, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and translate data into product decisions
- Demonstrated understanding of the technical, business, and operational aspects of product development
- Market research and competitive analysis
- Product lifecycle management
- User experience and customer feedback analysis
- Data-driven decision making
- Go-to-market strategy and execution
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Confluence, and other relevant product management tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop software for analyzing large data sets
- Data visualization
- Statistical analysis
- Machine learning applications for product insights
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (dual citizenship not accepted)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
- Must be a U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder)
- Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157
- Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
- Eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience bringing aerospace or defense industry products to market
- Experience leading customer interactions and gathering requirements to inform product development
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Understanding of how A.I. can accelerate product development and enhance product capabilities
