Job Summary
Lead development of a multi-year product operating model strategy across Product, Technology, Design and Data; spearhead high-impact initiatives to transform ways-of-working; mentor and coach product teams on best practices; conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify opportunities; prepare executive governance materials for strategic alignment; leverage product analytics tools (Qlik, Tableau) to drive data-driven decisions; collaborate across senior leadership to deliver differentiated value and scalable solutions in Global Banking; strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with data analysis, market research techniques, and product analytics platforms
- Exceptional leadership & communication skills
- Ability to drive change within organizations
- Stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to deliver products from conception to launch
- Experience with product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms
- Proficiency in data visualization tools; Qlik and Tableau highly desirable
