Job Summary
Lead product definition, NPI, and cross-functional program management for strapping machines; define product requirements, manage New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, and coordinate with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure regulatory/compliance standards and on-time delivery. Drive end-to-end NPI lifecycle from concept through validation and release, guide project leadership and risk management, and liaise between R&D, Business Development, and Sales to communicate capabilities and timelines. Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed. Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years in automation/product development are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline)
- 7+ years of experience in automation, product development, or systems engineering roles
- Experience working with customer-facing requirements and cross-functional product teams
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and internal facilities
- Comfort working across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial environments
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving product and project landscape
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and certification processes is considered a strong asset
