Product Movement Coordinator

Supervise inventory systems and reporting; schedule product movements and associated support services; supervise Truck Driver Interface with Loading Rack and related rack systems; supervise record retention program; provide back-up for operations and off-hours coverage for vessel, pipelines and rack issues. Emphasis on coordinating terminal inventory transactions, reconciling SAP to VTAS, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with vessel agents and 3rd party inspection for sampling, and enforcing safety and security protocols. Includes cross-functional oversight of inbound/outbound movements via pipelines, vessels, and rail, with attention to data accuracy, compliance with central requirements, and periodical reporting. Access to remote-work options available for eligible positions; flexibility to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
