Job Summary
Maintain and enhance product modelling guidelines and guardrails for all B2B products within Orange's enterprise catalogue. Act as a lynchpin between product, marketing, customer journey, and IT teams to define product hierarchies, attributes, rules, dependencies, and pricing logic. Drive requirement clarification sessions across digital journey, managed services, order management, and service assurance entities. Engage with product teams at inception to ensure smooth passage through lifecycle management, providing walkthroughs of processes and templates. Collaborate with product managers, pricing managers, and technical modellers to align product models with commercial offerings and finalize MVP and MMP scopes. Work within multi-national teams using Agile delivery environments to maximize product quality, consistency, and modularity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, information technology, engineering, business or related field
- 3 – 5 years in telecom product management in roles such as product manager, product modeller, product owner, epic owner and catalogue manager
- Strong understanding of telecom B2B products such as connectivity, cloud, IoT
- Experienced in TM Forum framework, particularly SID
- Hands-on knowledge and familiarity with SAFe and/or Agile delivery environments
- Awareness of sales order process such as lead to cash
- Ability to translate complex product concepts into actionable items
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Attention to detail to ensure product integrity and consistency
- Exceptional co-ordination skills to bring relevant parties to the table
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management process and governance
- Capable of generating consensus amid competing priorities
- Tools: Office 365, Visio, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, catalogue/CPQ platforms
