Product Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Lead regional go-to-market activities for new and extended product launches in EMEA; analyze the competitive landscape and provide strategic recommendations; develop pricing recommendations aligned with margins and market conditions; create and deliver product launch materials and training for internal teams and customers; act as the regional product expert supporting sales, customer service, supply chain, and pricing teams; conduct Voice of Customer interviews and gather market insights via customer visits and trade shows; manage marketing-driven inventory programs including stocking profiles and performance reviews; collaborate with Global Product Managers and Market Managers on business cases and product strategies; monitor business performance and contribute to action plans with Regional Sales Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related commercial functions
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Solid IT skills, including Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
