Product Marketing Specialist (from 4yoe+)

Product Marketing Specialist in Renesas' Technical Marketing team (Staff Application Engineer) focusing on RH850/ARM MCU ecosystems for automotive applications. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise and customer support, conducting product trainings and workshops, developing technical documents and application notes, driving market introduction with key customers, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, FAEs, and design teams, researching technology trends, and travel to customers or events as required. Requires hands-on experience with MCU-based products, embedded development tools, and the ability to analyze and solve technical problems; strong communication and project-management skills; English proficiency; degrees in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ or 5+ years of experience respectively; automotive experience is desirable. Hybrid work model with weekly two remote days and three in-office days (Tue-Thu) in Kodaira, Tokyo.
